DELIVERY TIME

Secure, tracked orders are shipped via EMS and should arrive within 3-10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Shoptember is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery and has NO control over time of arrival. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment. Orders shipped via Airmail/SAL/Ship cannot be tracked; while packages are almost never lost through Japan Post, if you are very concerned about your package arriving promptly and securely, please choose the EMS option.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that Shoptember shall not be liable for any damage that may occur to your purchase during shipment and that all items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Shoptember will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed (EMS only). Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

IMPORT TAX

When ordering goods from Shoptember for international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. Shoptember is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control, and we cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases made through the Shoptember online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing company PayPal. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal’s secure connections. Any personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared with or sold to outside parties.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Shoptember will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. All orders are to be considered final once payment is received and shipping notice sent.

AVAILABILITY

We try our best to keep our shop as up-to-date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. Shoptember will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.
